Peace in the kitchen...

Since I have moved to Canada the sushi has blown me away.  Momo ranks amongst the best sushi I  have tried.  

The chefs at Momo seem to have a "zen" thing going on and unlike Gordon Ramsay seem to be at peace with the universe.
